Waste Water Treatment and Disposal System License Renewal


Step 1 : Select Application
Click Waste Water Treatment and Disposal System License Renewal link

Step 2 : Enter License Number
1. Enter License Number to be renewed
2. Enter PIN (Personal Identification Number)
3. Click Log In button
  When you log in for the first time, Profile pop up window will appear. You must enter New PIN, First Name, Last Name, PIN Hint Question and PIN Hint Answer and Click Save button. This pop up window will not aapear the next time you login.

Step 3 : Application Form
1. Fill out the Application form
The form will display your previous year's license details.

Select the license(s) to be renewed
»
You can edit your Home Address by clicking Change Home Address button
»
You can edit your Company Details by clicking Change Company Details button
»
If you want to receive updates through Email select Yes, click Change E-mail Address button and enter your email address in the pop up window
(Your order confirmation will be sent to this email id. E.g. if your email address is ashley@yahoo.com, enter "ashley" in the first box and "yahoo.com" in the second box after @ symbol)

For Class E enter the insurance details in For Class E Only section by clicking Add New button. If the information entered is incorrect you can fax a copy of the insurance certificate to 302-739-xyzq.

Update continuing education details in Short Courses section by clicking Add New button. Click E button to edit. It is necessary to complete 10 hours of training period for each course. Please attach your training certificate(s) to the renewal application. If you do not have your certficate at the time of renewal, you can email to Katherine.wirick@state.de.us or Fax to 302-739-xyzq.

In Request for Renewal section check both the boxes to proceed with the renewal process
2. Click Submit button
»
The edited information will be updated after DNREC reviews and approves it.

You can login and edit the information whenever you want to. After renewing your license if you login for editing the information of the renewal form, you can take a printed copy of the renewal form by clicking Print button. You can also see a preview of the edited information of the renewal form by clicking Preview button

Step 4 : Renewal Fee details
If there is any payment to be made for the license(s) renewed, the fee details for the license(s) will be displayed here.
If you want to make some changes click Back button to move to the previous page or click Submit button to proceed with license renewal.
If there is any payment to be made for the licenses to be renewed you will be moved to Billing Address page (next screen).
 

If there is no payment to be made for the licenses to be renewed, in the next screen you can view the license renewal details, and you can take a printed copy of the renewal form by clicking Print button or see a preview of the renewal application form by clicking Preview button.

Step 5 : Billing Address
1. If your Billing Address is not the same as Home Addess click Change Billing Address and enter your billing address
2. Click Continue to checkout button

Step 6 : Billing Address and License Details
View your Billing Address, the Classes selected for renewal and Fee details.
Click Submit button to proceed with renewal.

Step 7 : Payment Mode
There are 3 modes of payment:
» Credit Card
» Personal Check
» Business Check
1. Select your mode of payment
2. Click Continue button
Based on the mode of payment selected, in the next page you will be asked for the payment details

Step 8 : Payment details
   
» If you choose Credit Card you need to do the following:
1. Enter Card Holders' Name
2. Select Card Type
3. Enter Card Number
4. Select expiration date (month and year)
5. Enter credit card signature panel code
Signature panel code is the 4-digit code that appears on signature panel on the back of the card.
6. Click Submit Payment button
   
» If you choose Personal Check you need to do the following:
1. First Name on Check and Last Name on Check will be displayed based on the information provided in Applicants Details form. (You can edit it if required)
2. Enter Routing Transit Number
3. Enter Account Number
4. Select the Type of Account (Checking / Savings)
5. Click Submit Payment button
   
» If you choose Business Check you need to do the following:
1. Checkwriter's First Name and Checkwriter's Last Name will be displayed based on the information provided in Applicants Details form. (You can edit it if required)
2. Enter Routing Transit Number
3. Enter Account Number
4. Enter Employer Identification Number
5. Select the Type of Account (Checking / Savings)
6. Click Submit Payment button
 
» The details entered (Credit card / Account Information and Billing Address) will be displayed in the next page
If this information is correct click Yes button or click No button to go to the previous page and modify credit card details.
Please wait while your payment is being processed and do not press the Back button of your browser

Step 9 : Order Completion and Print Renewal Form Details
An email will be sent to you on approval of your renewal. The renewed license will be mailed to your home address.
   
» You can take a printed copy of the renewal form by clicking Print button or click Preview button to see a preview of the renewal form.
Before Printing ensure to do the following:
» While printing, choose the correct printer, portrait mode and paper size in the printer setup page and click Print to print receipt
