Step 1 : Selecting Items
a.
Select the items you want to purchase.

When you check the item, a pop up window will appear if there are any terms and conditions to purchase this item. If you agree to the terms and conditions mentioned in the pop up window click I Agree button and the item would be added to your cart.

The selected ones will be added to your Shopping Cart. If you want to make any changes to the quantity or delete the passes / license, you must click View Cart button and in the next page you can make the changes you want to make.

Click on the small image or click on see large image link to view the large image of the item. The large image will be shown in the pop up window and the features will also be displayed.
»
Click on see larger image link to view the image in portable document format. Using the zoom feature in pdf you can view the image clearly.
c.
After selecting the passes / licenses, click View Cart button to move to Shopping Cart page or Click Continue to checkout button to move to the Applicant Details page.

In the next page you can view your Shopping cart. The items you had selected and the cost of the items will be displayed there. You can make changes to the quantity of each item you want to purchase.

You can purchase Annual Passes and Surf Fishing Licenses along with Merchandise. To purchase Annual Passes and Surf Fishing Licenses click Park Passes from the menu bar and select the items you want to purchase.

Step 2 : Shopping Cart
View the list of the items you have selected to purchase in the previous page. You can also view in detail the cost of each item and after clicking Update button you can the view the Total Cost of the items selected.

You cannot purchase Duck Stamp / Trout Stamp / Dog License along with Merchandise.

» If you have selected Annual Passes / Surf Fishing Passes / Merchandise you can change the quantity of the item(s) in the box provided in Quantity column.
»
If you had purchased Annual Passes along with Merchandise, you cannot purchase more than 10 Annual Passes contact DNREC Office or call 302-739-4702.
»
You can delete any item from your Shopping Cart by clicking Delete button from the Action column.
»
If you had changed the quantity of licenses / stamps, click Update button and then Click Continue to checkout button.
 
»
If you want to add more items to your cart, click Continue Shopping button to move to the previous page and add more items.
   
» You cannot purchase any item from State Parks when your cart comprises of items from Fish & Wildlife section. Similary, you cannot purchase any item from Fish & Wildlife section if your cart comprises of items from State Parks section.
» In State Parks section you can purchase Annual Passes, Surf Fishing Licenses and Merchandise in the same cart, but you cannot purchase Programs with any of the items in Park Passes and Merchandise.

Step 3 : Applicant Details
a.
Enter your First Name and Last Name.
b.
Enter your Shipping Address.

The item(s) you purchase will be mailed to this address.
»
If this is not your billing address, you will be asked for your billing address in the next page
c.
Enter Contact details.
»
It is necessary to enter your Daytime Phone #.
»
If you provide your Email Address, your order confirmation details will be emailed to your id.

Click Continue to checkout button.

Step 4 : Billing Details
If your Billing Address is the same as Shipping Address, the details you had entered for Shipping Address will be displayed here. If would like to make any changes with the Billing Address displayed in this page click Change Billing Address button.

If your Billing Address is not the same as Shipping Address, you can enter your Billing Address details here.

Enter your Billing Address.

Click Continue to checkout button.

Step 5 : Order Review and Shipment details
Your Order details, Shipping Address and Billing Address will be displayed here.
1.
The Order Value and Shipping & Handling charges will be displayed in Order Summary box.
2.
After reviewing your order, to submit your order, click Place Your Order button.
By placing your order, you agree to the State of Delaware's privacy policy and conditions of use. Click on Delaware's Privacy Policy link that is available at the bottom of the page to read State of Delaware's privacy policy.

If you want to make changes to your purchase click Continue Shopping button.

If you want to edit Applicant details click Edit Applicant Information link.

In Order Summary section, click Shipping Policies to view the Shipping Policy of the items selected.
»
In Order Summary section, click Transaction Policies to view the Transaction Policy of the items selected.
»
In Order Summary section, click Signature Panel Code to view the Signature Panel Code details in the pop up window.

Step 6 : Payment Mode
There are 3 modes of payment:
» Pay by Credit Card
» Pay by Personal Check
» Pay by Business Check
1. Select your mode of payment
2. Click Continue button
Based on the mode of payment selected, in the next page you will be asked for the payment details

Step 7 : Payment details
   
» If you choose Credit Card you need to do the following:
1. Enter Card Holders' Name
2. Select Card Type
3. Enter Card Number
4. Select expiration date (month and year)
5. Enter credit card signature panel code
Signature panel code is the 4-digit code that appears on signature panel on the back of the card.
6. Click Submit Payment button
   
» If you choose Personal Check you need to do the following:
1. First Name on Check and Last Name on Check will be displayed based on the information provided in Applicants Details form. (You can edit it if required)
2. Enter Routing Transit Number
3. Enter Account Number
4. Select the Type of Account (Checking / Savings)
5. Click Submit Payment button
   
» If you choose Business Check you need to do the following:
1. Checkwriter's First Name and Checkwriter's Last Name will be displayed based on the information provided in Applicants Details form. (You can edit it if required)
2. Enter Routing Transit Number
3. Enter Account Number
4. Enter Employer Identification Number
5. Select the Type of Account (Checking / Savings)
6. Click Submit Payment button
 
» The details entered (Credit card / Account Information and Billing Address) will be displayed in the next page
If this information is correct click Yes button or click No button to go to the previous page and modify credit card details.

Please wait while your payment is being processed and do not press the Back button of your browser

Step 8 : Order Id & Printing of Receipt

Make a note of the Remittance ID displayed in this page, to track your order.
»
You can take a printed copy of the receipt for the purchase you have made by clicking Print Receipt button
Before printing ensure to do the following:
»
Check that the printer is on, place necessary blank sheets.
»
While printing, choose the correct printer, portrait mode and paper size in the printer setup page and then click Print Receipt button to print receipt.

You can continue shopping by clicking Start New Order button
»
To move to the home page click Home button
Refer this Remittance ID when you call DNREC Office for any clarification.
You can track your order status online using this Remittance id. The item(s) will be mailed to your Shipping address.
