Step 1 : Selecting Address Change / Duplicate Decal / Ramp Certificate / Boat License Renewal
a.
If you wish to change your address click Add To Cart button in Address Change section.
b.
If you wish to puchase Duplicate Decal click Add To Cart button in Duplicate Decal section.
c.
If you wish to renew your boat license click Add To Cart button corresponding to the class in License Renewal section.
d. If you wish to purchase Ramp Certificate click Add To Cart button in Ramp Certificate section.

In the next page you need to enter your Hull ID, First NAme, Middle Name (optional) and Last Name..
»
You can purchase Hunting Licenses, Fishing Licenses, Duck Stamps, Trout Stamps and Dog Licenses along with Boat Registration.
Boat Registration Hull ID and Address Change / Duplicate Decal / Boat Registration Renewal / Ramp Certificate Form
  In the Hull ID screen:
a.
Enter your Hull ID, First Name, Middle Name and Last Name. Hull ID, First Name and Last Name are mandatory. First Name, Middle Name and Last Name are not case sensitive (i.e. It can be either upper case or lower case). Ensure to type the correct spelling. You are permitted to try three times, if you are not able to login after three trials you will not be permitted to login. Either you can close the browser, open it again and try or contact DNREC office.
b.
Click Submit button.
  In the next screen:
a.
If you had enter Hull ID for Address Change in the previous page
  In the Address Change Form make the required changes.
  Click Submit button
b.
If you had enter Hull ID for Duplicate Decal in the previous page
  View Duplicate Decal Form.
  Click Submit button
c.
If you had enter Hull ID for Ramp Certificate in the previous page
  In the Ramp Certificate Form enter / edit the required information.
  Click Submit button
d.
If you had enter Hull ID for Boat Registration renewal in the previous page
  In the Boat Registration Renewal Form:
  You can edit your Mailing and Summer Address (If required)
  Click Submit button

Step 2 : Shopping Cart
The price of the items selected and the total cost will be displayed
» You can delete any item from your Shopping Cart by clicking Delete button from the Action column.
After making changes, click Update button and the Click Continue to checkout button.
» Click Continue Shopping to move to the previous page and add more items to your cart

Step 3 : Applicant Details
Wherever you find * next to a field, it denotes required information. Only on entering the details you will be able to move to the next page.
1. Enter your First and Last name.
2. Enter your Home Address.
» The License(s) you purchase will be mailed to this address.
» If this is not your billing address, you will be asked for your billing address in the next page
3. Enter Contact details.
» It is necessary to enter your Daytime Phone #.
» If you provide your Email Address, your order confirmation details will be emailed to your id.
4. Click Continue to checkout button.

Step 4 : Billing Details
If your billing address is the same as Home address, the details you had entered for Home address will be displayed here. If would like to make any changes with the billing address displayed in this page click Change Billing Address button

If your billing address is not the same as home address, you can enter your billing address details here.
1. Enter your billing address
Wherever you find * next to a field, it denotes required information. Only on entering the details you will be able to move to the next page.

Step 5 : Order Review and Shipment details
Your Order details, shipping and billing address will be displayed here.
1. The Shipping Option is "Standard Shipping Mode". Shipping and Handling charges will be displayed in Order Summary box.
2. After reviewing your order, to submit your order, click Place Your Order button.
By placing your order, you agree to the State of Delaware's privacy policy and conditions of use. Click on Privacy Policy that is available at the bottom of the page to read State of Delaware's privacy policy.
» If you want to make changes to your purchase click Continue Shopping button.

Step 6 : Payment Mode
There are 3 modes of payment:
» Pay by Credit Card
» Pay by Personal Check
» Pay by Business Check
1. Select your mode of payment
2. Click Continue button
Based on the mode of payment selected, in the next page you will be asked for the payment details

Step 7 : Payment details
   
» If you choose Credit Card you need to do the following:
1. Enter Card Holders' Name
2. Select Card Type
3. Enter Card Number
4. Select expiration date (month and year)
5. Enter credit card signature panel code
Signature panel code is the 4-digit code that appears on signature panel on the back of the card.
6. Click Submit Payment button
   
» If you choose Personal Check you need to do the following:
1. First Name on Check and Last Name on Check will be displayed based on the information provided in Applicants Details form. (You can edit it if required)
2. Enter Routing Transit Number
3. Enter Account Number
4. Select the Type of Account (Checking / Savings)
5. Click Submit Payment button
   
» If you choose Business Check you need to do the following:
1. Checkwriter's First Name and Checkwriter's Last Name will be displayed based on the information provided in Applicants Details form. (You can edit it if required)
2. Enter Routing Transit Number
3. Enter Account Number
4. Enter Employer Identification Number
5. Select the Type of Account (Checking / Savings)
6. Click Submit Payment button
 
» The details entered (Credit card / Account Information and Billing Address) will be displayed in the next page
If this information is correct click Yes button or click No button to go to the previous page and modify credit card details.

Please wait while your payment is being processed and do not press the Back button of your browser

Step 8 : Printing of License / Receipt
»
Make a note of the Order Id displayed in this page, to track your order.
»
You can take a printed copy of the Licenses / stamps by clicking Print License button.
»
You can also take a printed copy of the receipt for the purchase you have made by clicking Print Receipt button
  Before printing ensure to do the following:
»
Check that the printer is on, place necessary blank sheets.
»
While printing, choose the correct printer, portrait mode and paper size in the printer setup page and then click Print Receipt button to print receipt / click Print License button to print licenses / stamps.

You can continue shopping by clicking Start New Order button
»
To move to the home page click Home Page button
Refer this Remittance ID when you call DNREC Fish and Wildlife Office for any clarification.
You can track your order status online using this tracking id. The colored stamps will be mailed to your Shipping address.

When you print the license, you must accept the Digital Certificate that will be displayed. Accepting the certificate is necessary to print your license.
