Notifications |
| In response to Senate Bill 33, which became law in July 2001, the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) developed this system to allow Delawareans to learn promptly of releases or discharges of contaminants or pollutants that meet or exceed certain thresholds in their neighborhoods or throughout the state. | |
| This is not intended to be an emergency notification system, but rather a system to allow citizens to stay informed. | |

| You may view the list of recently submitted notifications. You have the option of viewing the notifications list in detail by clicking Detailed and if you want to view only the summary of the notifications click Summary. |
| Search for Asbestos Notifications |
| You can Search for Notification details by entering partial Notification Number, partial Site Name, partial Primary Contractor Name, partial Street Name, partial City Name, partial Site Zip Code and Notification Received Date ranges (From date and To date). You can also search for Notification details with a mixed criteria. For example, If you enter "a" in partial Site Name box and "d" in partial Primary Contractor Name box, it will retrieve all the records containing "a" in Site Name and "d" in Contractor Name. If you had sent notification details by mail to DNREC you can check here by searching for the Site / Contractor Name who submitted the notification and view Notification details by clicking V button. | |

| Now the notification details will be displayed in the Asbestos Notification table based on your search criteria. | |
