Underground Storage Tank Online Payment


Step 1 : Home Page
Click Make Payment for Underground Storage Tanks link

Step 2 : Login
1. Enter Owner ID
2. Enter PIN (Personal Identification Number)
»» Ensure the PIN should not contain any alphabet
3. Click Log In button
»» When you forget your PIN, Enter your Owner ID and Click Forgot your PIN? link.
In the next page, enter the answer for the hint question and Click Submit button. The PIN corresponding to Owner ID will be displayed in the retrieval screen.
»» When you want to change your PIN, Enter your Owner ID and PIN, and Click Change PIN link.
In the next page, enter the old PIN, new PIN and re-enter your new PIN. Click Save button to save the new PIN for Owner ID.

Step 3 : View Invoice
1.
The Invoice screen including Facility ID and Address, and Due date and amount will be displayed
2.
Tank ID, Capacity and Substance contained will be displayed
3.
Financial year (FY) i.e the year for which Due is to be paid will be displayed
4.
Transaction Description, due payment amount, overall Registration fee and late fee along with total due amount to be paid will be displayed corresponding to each Tank ID
5.
Click Print button to print the displayed Invoice page

Step 4 : Make Payment
1.
Enter first name, middle name and last name of the tank owner, only when company name is displayed.

If owner's name is already displayed, enter mailing address and E-mail address of the owner and continue with the payment process.
2.
Enter the mailing address including the State, City and Zip code
3.
Enter the owner's E-mail Address
4.
If Mailing address and Billing address of the owner are the same, select the option "Yes" at the bottom of the form.
5.
Otherwise, select the option "No"

In the next page, enter Billing Address of tank owners including City, State and Zip code, and the E-Mail ID of the tank owner
6.
Click Continue to Checkout button to proceed with the payment process

Step 4 : Payment Confirmation
1.
Billing Address of the tank owner will be displayed
2.
Payment details including Facility ID, Facility Address and Fees to be paid will be displayed
3.
Click Submit Payment button when the owner is satisfied with the displayed payment details
4.
If the owner wants to edit the displayed payment details further, Click Edit Mailing Information link.

Step 5 : Print receipt
» You can take a hard copy of the payment receipt, by clicking Print Receipt button.
Before Printing ensure to do the following:
» While printing, choose the correct printer, portrait mode and paper size in the printer setup page and click Print to print the receipt
