Waiver Request
  Move your mouse over Waivers. Click Submit from the Waivers menu list to Login with your User ID & Password and submit Waiver Requests. If you do not have a User ID and Password, in the login page you can click New User button, take a printed copy of "Request for User ID and Password" application form and mail to DNREC. The User ID and Password will be mailed to you, which could be used for Login and submit your Waivers.

1. Click Add New button
In the pop up window
2. Select Material Type
3. Enter the Location of Material
4. Enter Quantity of the Material selected in cubic feet
5. Select Asbestos Type
6. Enter Asbestos percentage
7. Click Save button

 To edit Sampling information click E button fron the Action column
»
 To delete Sampling information check the record(s) and click Delete button. To delete all the records in sampling section click Check All, to deselect click Clear All.
   
  After filling up this form, review it in detail and then click Submit button.
  DNREC will review the details submitted and the action status will be emailed to your email id.
