State Parks
In this section you can purchase Annual Passes, Surf Fishing Passes, Merchandise and Programs.
 
Annual Passes

Annual Passes allows your vehicle and its occupants unlimited entrance into 12 state parks during the fee season. Entrance fees are collected daily from May 1 through October 31. These passes are not camping passes. The stickers must be permanently affixed to the vehicle windshield and may be used for vehicles designed to carry up to 15 persons. They are not transferable.
 

The Senior adult must be present in the vehicle when entering the park for Delaware Senior Vehicle Annual Pass. For Military Annual Pass the individual must be an active duty personnel.
 
Individuals who pay Delaware income tax and have an out-of-state registered vehicle may qualify to purchase an annual pass at the resident rate. For more information call 302-739-4702
 
Surf Fishing Licenses
You can purchase Surf Fishing Licenses separately or along with Annual Passes and Merchandise.
 
Merchandise
You can puchase Merchandise separately or along with Annual Passes and Surf Fishing Licenses.
 
Programs
Programs comprises of 3 types - Camp, Public and Environmental Ed Type. Programs cannot be purchased along with Annual Passes, Surf Fishing Licenses or Merchandise.
