How to select Annual Passes?
Click "Park Passes" from the navigation bar. The Annual Passes will be listed in this page. Click on the check box of the Annual Pass you wish to purchase. A pop up window will appear with the terms and conditions of purchase, if you agree to it click I Agree button and now the selected Annual Pass will be checked and highlighted in the table.

Where can I get details about each pass?
When you click on the check box next to the Annual Pass, a pop up window will appear with the description of the pass.

Can I edit the quantity of Annual Passes?
Yes you can edit the quantity. After selecting the Annual Passes, click Add to Cart button, this will lead you to Shopping Cart page. In this page in Qty column there is a box provided to enter edit the quantity of each pass.

What is maximum number of passes that I can purchase online?
You can purchase up to 10 Annual Passes in total. If you to purchase more than 10 please contact DNREC office or call 302-739-4702

Do I need to register with DNREC to purchase Annual Passes?
There is no need to register with DNREC to purchase Annual Passes. But when purchasing the pass you will be asked to provide some basic information such as your name, shipping address and contact information.

How to enter my Shipping Address?
In the Applicant Details page you will be asked for Shipping Address. Your Passes will be mailed to this address.

How do I add more items to my cart before placing my order?
You can click Continue Shopping button that will lead to the Annual Passes page. You can select more passes in this page and add to your cart.

How do I enter my Billing Address?
In the Applicant Details page if the shipping address is not your billing address you will be asked for your billing address in the next page. You can also edit your billing address by clicking Change Billing Address button.

How do I pay for the passes purchased online?
You can pay by using your credit card. You can use Visa, Master or Discover Card.

How to review my order before placing my order?
Before making your payment for the passes purchased, a screen will be displayed with your Shipping Address, Billing Address, Items purchased and Shipping & Handling Charges.

Why is purchasing Annual Passes online so safe?
DNREC uses the latest in Internet technology for increased security to ensure high protection against unauthorized access to the data you exchange across the Internet. The information that is transmitted across the Internet is encrypted for security reasons. Information is scrambled by the means of encryption for transmission between the user's PC and our system. Information that is encrypted at one end is decrypted (unscrambled) upon receipt at the other end. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

What is the use of providing my email address in Applicant Details form?
If you provide your email address, order confirmation will be emailed to you.

How do I track my order?
After making your payment your Remittance Id will be displayed. Using this Remittance Id you can track your order by clicking "Order Tracking" from the navigation bar. Enter this Remittance Id and Click Track button to get information about your order.

Where do I get information about DNREC Staff?
Click "Contacts" from the navigation bar. Details about DNREC staff will be displayed. Click on More button to view more information.

Can I renew Waste Water Treatment & Disposable System License online?
Yes you can. Click on "Water Submittals" link from the navigation bar. In this page click "Waste Water Treatment & Disposable System License Renewal" link.

How to change my PIN (Personal Identification Number)?
After clicking on "Waste Water Treatment & Disposable System License" a login page will be displayed. In this page click "Change PIN?" link. Enter you License Number, Old PIN and New PIN and click Save button.

How do I retrieve my PIN?
After clicking on "Waste Water Treatment & Disposable System License" a login page will be displayed. In this page enter your License Number and click "Forgot your PIN?" link. In the PIN retrieval screen enter the hint answer for the hint question and click Submit button.

How to change my PIN hint question and answer?
After you Login with your License Number and PIN, in the renewal form click on "Profile" link. A pop window will appear. In this window enter your Hint Question and Hint Answer and click Save button.

How to change my company address?
In the renewal application form, click Change Company Details button. Edit the information and click Save button.

How to change my home address?
In the renewal application form, click Change Home Address button. Edit the information and click Save button.

How to receive updates by email?
In Update through E-Mail section of the renewal form select "Yes". Then click Change E-Mail Address button and enter your email address and click Save button.

Can I add the details about the courses I had completed?
Yes, as and when you complete new courses you can login and add course details. Login with your License Number and PIN. In "Short Courses" section of the renewal form click Add New button and in the pop up window enter course details.

Why is the edited information not displayed in the form immediately?
Only after DNREC reviews and approves the edited information, it will be displayed in the renewal form.

What should I do if the Class is not listed in the Short Courses section?
Please fax documentation to Ms. Katie Wirick's attention at (302)-739-7764 for review by the On-Site Systems Advisory Board.

What is the Training period required for license renewal?
- If the license is issued between January and April you need to complete 10 hours of continuing education by year-end.
- If the license is issued between May and July you need to complete 8 hours of continuing education by year-end.
- If the license is issued between August and October you need to complete 6 hours of continuing education by year-end.
- If the license is issued between November and December, it is not required to complete continuing education by year-end.

Can I take a printed copy of this renewal form?
Yes, at the bottom of the renewal form, click on Print button to take a printed copy of the renewal form.

How do I pay for license renewal?
You can pay by using your credit card. We accept Visa, Master and Discover Card.

What should I do, if I do not have the training certificate to be attached at the time of renewal?
If you do not have your certificate at the time of renewal, you can mail to Katherine.wirick@state.de.us or Fax to 302-739-xyzq. Your License will be renewed only on receipt of training certificate.

What if I submit my application for renewal after November 30, 2003?
Applications submitted after November 30 may not be processed by the end of this year.

30. Can I purchase Duck Stamps along with Hunting License?
You can purchase any number of Duck Stamps along with Hunting Licenses, but you can print only one Duck Stamp along with the Hunting License you pruchase if you opt for printing it online in the pop up window.

You can purchase any number of Trout Stamps along with Fishing License, but you can print only one Trout Stamp online if you opt for printing it online in the pop up window.

Yes, you can purchase.

No, you cannot purchase. You must purchase programs in a separate cart.
