Step 1 : Search for Programs

The Programs for today will be shown here. You can use the search filter to view the program based on your requirement. In the Actions column click Details button to view the detailed information about the program. You can also sort the details shown here based on County or City or Park or Program Name or by Program Start Date or by Program Start Day.

If you want to view the detailed information in the same screen, check "Show Detailed Version".

You can also navigate through the programs listed here by using the navigation buttons or you can enter the required page number in Page # box and click Go  button.

The filter parameters will now be shown.

You may choose any one of these criteria or a combination of criteria.

Click Search button.

For example if you choose Program Type as Environmental Ed and Program Date as Between 03/01/2004 and 03/10/2004, and click Search button, it will display all the Environmental Ed programs between 03/01/2004 and 03/10/2004. Now from the list shown you may choose the programs you want to register for.

Step 2: Selecting Programs

The Programs for today will be shown here. You can use the search filter to view the program based on your requirement. In the Actions column click Details button to view the detailed information about the program. You can also sort the details shown here based on County or City or Park or Program Name or by Program Start Date or by Program Start Day.

If you want to view the detailed information in the same screen, check "Show Detailed Version".

You can also navigate through the programs listed here by using the navigation buttons or you can enter the required page number in Page # box and click Go  button.

Select the program(s) you want to register.

When you check the program, a pop up window will appear if there are any terms and conditions to purchase this program. If you agree to the terms and conditions mentioned in the pop up window click I Agree button and the program would be selected.

You can purchase a program only within the registration period.

If you had selected a program of Environmental Ed program type, in the next page you will be asked for The Group Name, The number of seats required and the requested date choice 1 and choice 2.

After selecting the program(s) click View Cart button.

In the next page you can view your shopping cart. The items you had selected and the cost of the items will be displayed there. You can make the changes to the quantity.
   
How to find postponed and cancelled programs?
»
The records of the postponed programs will be shown in yellow color and in the Actions column you will be able to see a P button.
»
Click this P button and the postponement reasons and the previous program date and time will be shown.
 
»
The records of the cancelled programs will be shown in red color and in the Actions column you will be able to see a C  button.
»
Click this C button and the cancellation reasons will be shown in the pop up window.

If you had provided your email id while registering for any of these postponed or cancelled programs, you can find all this information in your inbox.

Step 3: Interrupted Transaction

If you were unable to complete your previous transaction you may enter the GUI ID in the box provided here and continue your purchase and complete your transaction.
»
If you had purchased a program of Camp program type and you were unable to provide the camper's information, you can enter the Remittance ID here in the box provided in this page and complete filling up camper's information.

Step 4: Shopping Cart
Here you can fill in the seats you require and for Environmental Ed program type you can fill in the requested date choice 1 and choice 2. You can get a detailed picture of the total cost of all the programs selected to purchase.

If you had chosen public program, then you must enter the number of seats required.
»
If you had chosen camp program type, you must enter the number of seats required. In addition to this if you need After Care or Before Care service for the campers you must enter how many of the campers require these services in After Care Service box and Before Care Service box.

If you had chosen Environmental Ed program, then you must fill in Group Name, Requested Date Choice 1, Requested Date Choice 2, Age/Grade, Maximum Number of Students in group and Maximum Number of Adults in group. Based on the number of Students / People per group fee will be waived for the Chaperon(s). You will get to know the exact fee waived only after you click Update button.

After filling in the details, you must click Update button. Now the total cart value will be shown. If you want to remove any item from your cart, click Delete button.

Whenever you make any changes to the quantity or date ensure to click Update button and then click Continue to checkout button.

If you want to add more items to your cart click Continue Shopping button.

Step 5: Applicant Details
a.
Enter your First and Last name.

Enter your Home Address.

If this is not your billing address, you will be asked for your billing address in the next page
c.
Enter Contact details.

It is necessary to enter your Daytime Phone #.

If you provide your Email Address, your order confirmation details will be emailed to your id.

Click Continue to checkout button.

Step 6: Billing Details
If your billing address is the same as Home address, the details you had entered for Home address will be displayed here. If would like to make any changes with the billing address displayed in this page click Change Billing Address button

Wherever you find * next to a field, it denotes required information. Only on entering the details you will be able to move to the next page.

Step 7: GUI ID

Please make a note of the GUI ID shown in this page. If you face any trouble in completing this transaction, you can start from the place where you left by providing this GUI ID in the programs list page.

To complete this transaction you need to fill in the forms provided in Step 1, Step 2 and Step 3. The forms will be shown as per order of programs you have chosen.
  Step 1:
»
You need to provide brief information of all the participants.
»
For Public Program Type you must provide First Name and Last Name of the participants.
»
For Camp Program Type you must provide First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Street, City, State, Zip, Parent Name and confirm if the parent's address is the same as that of the camper by clicking "Yes". If yes is selected the camper's address will be shown in the parent's information section too in the camp datasheet that will be shown in Step 2. If you select "No" you must enter the parent's information.
»
There is a possibility of losing the seats you have blocked if someone else completes the transaction process when the availability of seats is less. Reasonable amount of time is provided for each and every applicant to complete his/her transaction and the time will be shown here. This option is provided to reduce time in entering all the details. The details provided here will be shown in the forthcoming forms according to the program type and program name. This will help you in completing your transaction fast and with ease.
  Step 2:
»
If you had selected both Public and Camp program Type, you will be shown public program detailed form first and then the camp datasheet.
»
If you had selected Public Program Type, the details provided in the previous section for the public program(s) will be shown here. You must complete it by providing participants phone number and email id.
»
If you had selected Camp program Type the details provided in Step 1 form will be shown here. For example if there are 3 campers for this program, this datasheet will be shown one after the other 3 times. The first camper's information will be shown in the First form of Camp datasheet. After providing all the information, click Next button to move to the camp datasheet of the second camper. After completing this you will be shown the camp data sheet of the third camper.

The brief information provided in Step 1 will be shown if the camp datasheet for the campers as per the order you had entered.
»
The time that is available for you to complete the transaction will be shown. If there is very less time for you to complete the transaction there is nothing to worry, make your payment and then using the GUI ID you can complete the remaining process.
  Step 3:
»
You can review the items you had selected before making payment to DNREC.
»
If you are unable to complete the transaction within the given time, you can still login again by providing the GUI ID in the programs list page. If the seats you had blocked are still available you can make your payment and complete your transaction.
   
  If you click OK  button, you will be able to proceed to step 1 and complete your transaction. If you click No button the programs you have selected will be cleared from your cart and you will be taken to the programs list page.

Step 8: Participants Brief Info
If you had selected public program type:
1.
Enter Participant's First Name

Enter Participant's Middle Name (Optional)

If you had selected camp program type:

Enter Camper's First Name
2.
Enter Camper's Middle Name (Optional)

Enter Camper's Last Name

Enter Camper's Date of Birth

Enter Camper's Zip Code

Enter Camper's Parent / Guardian Name

If the parent / guardian's address is the same as that of the camper then click "Yes" for "Is the Parent / Guardian address the same as Camper Address".
   
If you had selected both public and camp program type programs. The maximum number of seats booked for in the public program category will be shown first in this page. After filling in the brief information for this program if you had selected another program in public program type.
   
All the information provided for the previous program will be shown in the second program too. For example if for the first public program type there are 5 participants, and in the second program if there are 4 participants the first 4 participant details will be shown in the 4 rows of second program. If all the participant details are the same you can leave it as it is and proceed to the next program. If you want to edit any of the participant's details check the rows and click Clear button. Now fill in the information and proceed with the next program.
   
If you have provided all the information of the participants of the program(s) you had selected, next button will appear and click this button to move to the next screen.
   
If you had selected 2 camp programs, you will be shown the program with the maximum number of campers. After filling in the details, you will be shown the next camp program with the next maximum number of campers.
   
After filling in the brief information of the participants, if you had selected public program type in the next page you will be asked to fill in the detailed participants info of the participants. The information provided here will be shown in the public information detailed screen and in addition to this you must enter phone number and email id (optional). After this you will be asked for detailed info of the campers if you had selected Camp program.
   
If you had selected Camp program type alone in the next screen you will be asked for Campers detailed information.

Step 9: Public Participants Info

The details (First Name, Middle Name and Last Name) provided in the previous screen will be shown here.

Here you must fill in the participant's phone number and email id (Optional).

Step 10: Camp Participants Info
»
The time available to complete your transaction will be shown. Remember if you do not complete your transaction within the given time and if seats are not available, then there is a possibility of losing the seats you have blocked.

If you have less time to complete your transaction, Click "Yes", you will be taken to Order Review page, place your order and then complete filling in the camper's details.
 
In Name of Camper section, First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Street, City, State, Zip provided in brief info page would be shown here. Based on the date of birth and program start date "Age at Start Session of

Select Sex and enter email Id.

If the Emergency Contact Information Is the same as that of Parent / Guardian information, select "Yes" for "Is this also Emergency Contact Information?".

Now the Parent / Guardian Information will be shown in "Emergency Contact Information" section.
   
If the Person Designated To Take Camper To and From The Camp is the same as that of Parent / Guardian information, select "Yes" for "Is this also the information of the person designated to take camper To and From camp?".

Now the Parent / Guardian Information will be shown in "Person Designated To Take Camper To and From camp If Different From Parent/Guardian" section.

If "No" is selected you must fill in all the details.

After completing the details for this camper, click Next button, to fill in the details for the next camper. When you have completed filling in the details for the last camper you must click Continue to checkout button.

Step 11: Order Review and Place Your Order
Your Order details, Transaction Charges and Billing address will be displayed here.
1. The Order Value and Transaction charges will be displayed in Order Summary box.
2. After reviewing your order, to submit your order, click Place Your Order button.
By placing your order, you agree to the State of Delaware's privacy policy and conditions of use. Click on Privacy Policy that is available at the bottom of the page to read State of Delaware's privacy policy.
» If you want to make changes to your purchase click Continue Shopping button.

Step 12 : Payment Mode
There are 3 modes of payment:
» Pay by Credit Card
» Pay by Personal Check
» Pay by Business Check
1. Select your mode of payment
2. Click Continue button
Based on the mode of payment selected, in the next page you will be asked for the payment details

Step 13: Payment details
   
» If you choose Credit Card you need to do the following:
1. Enter Card Holders' Name
2. Select Card Type
3. Enter Card Number
4. Select expiration date (month and year)
5. Enter credit card signature panel code
Signature panel code is the 4-digit code that appears on signature panel on the back of the card.
6. Click Submit Payment button
   
» If you choose Personal Check you need to do the following:
1. First Name on Check and Last Name on Check will be displayed based on the information provided in Applicants Details form. (You can edit it if required)
2. Enter Routing Transit Number
3. Enter Account Number
4. Select the Type of Account (Checking / Savings)
5. Click Submit Payment button
   
» If you choose Business Check you need to do the following:
1. Checkwriter's First Name and Checkwriter's Last Name will be displayed based on the information provided in Applicants Details form. (You can edit it if required)
2. Enter Routing Transit Number
3. Enter Account Number
4. Enter Employer Identification Number
5. Select the Type of Account (Checking / Savings)
6. Click Submit Payment button
 
» The details entered (Credit card / Account Information and Billing Address) will be displayed in the next page
If this information is correct click Yes button or click No button to go to the previous page and modify credit card details.

Step 14: Printing of Receipt, Invoice, Forms and Checklists

If you had purchased Environmental Ed program(s), then you will be shown a link for taking a printed copy of your Invoice. In the invoice Payment Due date will be mentioned. Make a note of it and ensure to make your payment on or before the payment due date.

If you are on waitlist or if the total purchase value is not more than $10.00 then you will be shown an invoice.
»
If your purchase value is more than $10.00 then you will be shown a receipt. You can take a printed copy of the receipt by clicking on the link.
»
Based on the type of program you had selected Forms and Checklist links will be shown.
»
You must take a printed copy of the forms and checklists and submit it ti DNREC as per the details given in the form.
