Catalogs are created to categorize the items in to groups. After creating a Catalog, you can create items under this catalog by clicking Itm button. |

The items will be shown in the public / sales sites only after stock allocation. |
| Add Class |
| The classes are used to group items of the same category. This helps us in classifying the items under each category in the public site and sales sites. |
|
1.

Click Add New button. |
|
In the Catalog pop up window:
|

Enter Class Number (The class number must comprise of 2 digits only). |
|

|
Enter Class Name. |
|
4.
|
Click Browse button for Small Image. In the file upload window choose the file you want to upload and click Upload button. |

This image will be shown in the public and sales sites near the Class Name. |
|

|
Click Browse button for Large Image. In the file upload window choose the file you want to upload and click Upload button. |
|

|
In the public and sales sites, when you click on the small image this Large image will be shown in the pop up window. |

6.

By default the Display Order will be shown, you can edit this display order as per your preference. |

Based on the Display Order the items will be listed in the public site and sales sites. |
|

|
Check Active. |
|

|
If the Active field is checked this class will be shown in the public site and sales sites. If you uncheck it, this class wil not be shown in the public and sales sites. |

8.

Click Save button. |

The newly added Class will be shown in the table. |
|

|
After creating a new class you can add the items by clicking Itm button. |
| Edit Class Information |
| 1. | Click E button | |
|
In the Class Information pop up window:

| 2. | Make the changes you want to make. | |
| 3. | Click Save button. | |
| Delete Class(es) |
|

Select the Class(es) you want to delete. If you wish to delete all the Classes displayed in that page, Click Check All, to deselect all the Classes click Clear All. |

Click Delete button. |

The selected Class(es) chosen for deletion will be highlighted and displayed in the next page |

|
You have the option of deselecting the Class if you do not want to delete. |

Click Delete button to delete the selected Class. |

| Catalog Item |

Before adding an item ensure to create the required catalog. |

After adding item(s) to the catalog, you must add new stock and remove stock for allocation. |
|

|
Only after stock allocation is done the item will be shown in public / sales sites. |
| Add Item |
|

Click Add New button. |

In the Item Information pop up window:

Enter Item Number |
|

The item number must comprise of 14 digits. |
|

Enter the name of the item in Name field. |
|

Enter Remarks (Optional) |

Select UOM. |

If the required Unit of Measurement (UOM) is not availabel, you can configure this in Configuration > System Parameters > UOM |

Click Browse button for Small Image. In the file upload window choose the file you want to upload and click Upload button. |

This image will be shown in the public and sales sites near the Item Name. |

Click Browse button for Large Image. In the file upload window choose the file you want to upload and click Upload button. |

In the public and sales sites, when you click on the small image this Large image will be shown in the pop up window. |

Click Browse button for Pdf File. In the file upload window choose the file you want to upload and click Upload button. |

In the public and sales sites, when you click on this link, the image will open up in portable document format. |

Enter Item Attributes. |

This information will be shown in the pop up window when the user selects this item in public as well as sales sites. |

Enter Re-order level. |

When the item reaches the re-order level, you will be indicated about it. |

Enter Price in Dollars and Cents box. |

If this item is a special order item, Check Special Order. (i.e. There will no stock allocation done for this. based on the orders made by the public, these items will be purchased. The quantity for Special Order items can be viewed in Stock Allocation section) |

13.
|
Enter Organization Code, Revenue Code, Sub-Revenue Code and Appropriation Code. |

14.
|
Check Active. |
|

If the Active field is checked this Item will be shown in the public site and sales sites. If you uncheck it, this class wil not be shown in the public and sales sites. |

Click Save button. |

The newly added Item will be shown in the table. |

After adding the Item, you can allocate stock by clicking AS button. After allocating stock quantity for the Item, you can remove stock to be allocated for sales at the park and internet by clicking RS button. |

| Edit Item Information |

In the pop up window you can edit item information.

| Delete Item(s) |

Select the item(s) you want to delete. If you wish to delete all the items displayed in that page, Click Check All, to deselect all the items click Clear All. |

| Update Stock Information |

You can update the stock quantity by adding or subtracting the stock in "Adjust Qty." column. | |

Based on this adjustment the stock quantity will be available for stock allocation. | |

To add quantity to the existing Stock Quantity enter the value in the box provided in Adjust Qty. column. To remove quantity such as damaged items or returned items from the existing Stock Quantity enter the value with a negative sign in the box provided in Adjust Qty. column. | |

Enter Remarks if you want to save any information related to the change in stock. | |

You can update the price of the item(s) and also configure from when this price must be made effective. | |

The stock removed in Catalog Item section will be available for stock allocation. |

From this available quantity you can allocate to the quantity to be sold in public site and sales sites. |

Only after stock allocation the item will be available for sales in public and sales sites. |
| Stock Allocation Filter |

Select the Source of Purchase. |

If Park / DNREC Office option is selected. |

| c) Select Catalog Item. | |
| d) Click Submit button. | |
