Fulfillment
You can update the order status here. This will help the public and the agents to get a detailed information of their order when they track using their Remittance ID.

Update fulfillment status
»
The Licenses / Passes purchased in Public site can be fulfilled here.
»
You can filter the order by Order Type, Order Number, Order Status and Order Date(s).
 
»
Payment Received status can be changed to Shipped or VOID status only.
»
ACH Payment Received status can be changed to Shipped or VOID status only.
»
Shipped status can be changed to VOID status only.
»
No Response orders can be changed to Payment Received first and then can be changed to Shipped.
»
VOID status cannot be changed to any other status.

Select Order Type
2.
Enter the Order Number range (optional)
3.
Select Order Status
4.
Enter Order Date(s) or click on the icon to select date(s) (optional)
5.
Click Show Fulfillment Status button

Based on the filter values the order details will be shown in the next page.
 

In the Order Fulfillment table:

 1. In "Change Status To" column change fulfillment status
If Status is changed to Shipped
»
Enter Shipped Date or click on the Calendar icon to select the date.
»
Enter Track ID (optional)
»
If Status is changed to Payment Received there is no need to enter Shipped Date and Track ID

Enter Remarks
3.
Click Save button

Click on OD button to view Order details
»
Click on DA button to allocate new license numbers for the damaged Annual Passes
 
In the next page:

If Status is changed to Shipped
1.
Enter Shipped Date or click on icon to select the date.
2.
Enter Track Id (optional).
3.
Enter Remarks (optional).
4.
If the fulfillment status is being updated for Dog License, you must click Tag button and enter the tag number in the pop up window.
5.
Click Save button to save this updated information
In the next page you can a printed copy of the receipt for the fulfilled Order Number(s).

Click OD button to view order details.

View Shipped Status
1. View order details of the Shipped Passes
2. You can take a receipt of the shipped goods to be attached along with the shipment by clicking Print button.
3. Click OD button to view order details.

Click Back button to move to the previous page and update order fulfillment status.

If you want to filter fulfillment status click Fulfillment in the navigation bar.

License Number Allocation for Damaged Annual Passes
 
1. View License Numbers for this order #
2. Check the damaged license number in the "Select" column
3. Click Assign New button to assign new license numbers for the damaged ones.

If there are no License Numbers allocated, please allocate new license numbers by choosing Configure > License Numbers from the navigation bar and then allocate license numbers for the damaged ones.

Click Cancel button to move to the previous page and update order fulfillment status.

If you want to filter fulfillment status click Fulfillment in the navigation bar.
