Contacts
The Contact Person information configured here will be shown in Public site, Agents site and Parks & Recreation Sales site.

Add Contact person details
Click Add New button
In the pop up window, Enter Contact Person details

Select category
2.
Enter First Name
3.
Enter Last Name
4.
Enter Telephone number
5.
Enter Cell number and Email address (optional)

Enter Description

If you want to display this contact persons' information in the Agents site, check "Agents" or check "Public" to be displayed in public site only. Check both "Agent" and "Public" to display this information in both the sites.
8.
Check "Active" to activate this contact persons information
9.
Click Save button.

Edit Contact Person Information
1.
Click E button
2.
In the pop up window, Edit contact person information.
3.
Click Save button to save the updated information

The updated record will be checked and highlighted in the table

Delete Contacts
1.
Select the Contact person you want to delete. If you wish to delete all the Contacts displayed in that page, Click Check All, to deselect all the Contacts click Clear All.
2.
Click Delete button.

The selected Contacts chosen for deletion will be highlighted and displayed in the next page

You have the option of deselecting the Contact if you do not want to delete.
3.
Click Delete button to delete the selected Contact.
Or
Click Cancel to move to the previous screen.
