Audit Log

Click Audit Policy to set audit policy.
The administrator can set audit policy for each object. This will help in monitoring the users activity in detail.

Click Audit Summary to view audit summary.
The admin can view in detail (with date and time) the activity of each and every user.

Click Audit File to view audit log file.
The activity of the user with the date and time will be displayed here along with the old data and new data. This will help you in tracking the difference / changes made.

Click Purge to delete audit summary details and audit log files.

Set Audit Policy
You can set audit log policies, i.e. On "what Operations" of "which Objects" should the system log "Who" did "What" and "When".
Set Audit Policy
There are 3 audit levels. Select the audit level and check the audit operation to track audit summary.
None : The activity of the user will not be tracked
All : All the operations for that particular object will be tracked.

The operations checked will be tracked and you can view details in audit summary. For example if you had checked "Modify" in "Audit Operations" column for Annual Passes object, if a user edits any annual passes information it will be tracked and you can find out who modified it with the exact date and time.
Check Capture detailed log to view audit log files. This will track all the operations for all the objects and you can view the audit log files by clicking Audit File in the navigation bar.
After adding new audit operations or making changes, click Set Audit Policy button to save audit policy details.

View Audit Summary
Step 1: Audit Summary Filter

Select the Object Type

On selecting the object type the operations for that particular object will be populated. If "All" is selected "Operation" field will not be visible.

Select Operation

Enter period (i.e. "From" and "To" date) or click on the calendar icon to select the date. If the date is not selected it will display all records for the chosen Object type and Operation.
4.
Click Show Audit Summary button
Step 2: View
The user id and user name who performed the operation on the object(s) is displayed here with the reference #, date and time

View Audit Log File
The user id and user name who performed the operation on the object(s) is displayed here with the reference #, date and time. If any modifications have been made, the old data and the new data will also be displayed.

Purge Audit Summary
1.
Enter From date or click on icon to select the date
2.
Enter To date or click on icon to select the date
»
If the date range (i.e. "From" and "To" date) is not selected it will take all the audit summary records to be purged.
3.
Click Purge Summary button
»
A pop up window will appear to confirm deletion.
4.
Click Yes button to delete audit summary records
