| Set Audit Policy |
| You can set audit log policies, i.e. On "what Operations" of "which Objects" should the system log "Who" did "What" and "When". |

| There are 3 audit levels. Select the audit level and check the audit operation to track audit summary. |
| None | : | The activity of the user will not be tracked |
| All | : | All the operations for that particular object will be tracked. |

The operations checked will be tracked and you can view details in audit summary. For example if you had checked "Modify" in "Audit Operations" column for Annual Passes object, if a user edits any annual passes information it will be tracked and you can find out who modified it with the exact date and time. |
| Check Capture detailed log to view audit log files. This will track all the operations for all the objects and you can view the audit log files by clicking Audit File in the navigation bar. |
| After adding new audit operations or making changes, click Set Audit Policy button to save audit policy details. |

Select the Object Type |

On selecting the object type the operations for that particular object will be populated. If "All" is selected "Operation" field will not be visible. |

Select Operation |

Enter period (i.e. "From" and "To" date) or click on the calendar icon to select the date. If the date is not selected it will display all records for the chosen Object type and Operation. |

Click Show Audit Summary button |

| The user id and user name who performed the operation on the object(s) is displayed here with the reference #, date and time |

| The user id and user name who performed the operation on the object(s) is displayed here with the reference #, date and time. If any modifications have been made, the old data and the new data will also be displayed. |
