Order Tracking Duplicate License Printing

If you need to print a duplicate item, please make sure of the following prior to printing:
- Your printer is on and operating properly
- You have paper in the printer and your toner is sufficient
- You are not using a mobile device, touch screen computer, or Apple product
- Once the printer box appears on your computer screen, DO NOT close out of the pop-up box that reads "About blank." Please wait until the system pulls up the printer selection page before proceeding. (If you "X" out of the pop-up box, you will have lost your opportunity to print a duplicate at no cost.)
If your attempt to print a duplicate fails on the first duplicate attempt, your computer or printer may not be compatible with our system, firewalls, security set-up, anti-virus software, or wireless set-ups that may be preventing you from printing. Please contact DNREC Division of Fish & Wildlife's Licensing Section 302-739-9918 for assistance, Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Also, DNREC's Dover office at 89 Kings Highway, Dover, DE 19901 has a computer available for printing duplicates.
